MATHTIME +

MON–THU, 4:15-5:45pm, $10mem/$15nm per day, Ages 7–13

Does your elementary school student need some assistance getting homework completed and/or understanding math and language concepts? Try our small group afterschool academic enrichment and homework help program! Student teacher ratio is only 7:1. You may select which days your student attends each month, but a weekly 2-day minimum is required as well as monthly paid registration. 10% discount for sibling enrollment. DADDY & ME GYM TIME…AND MOMMY TOO!

Triathlon 101

2/4–4/21, 8–9:30am, $199mem/$299nm

Have you ever dreamed about doing a mini-triathlon? Well, now is your chance! We will train and prepare you for a sprint triathlon that consists of 5K Run, 12-mile Bike and a 500m swim. All you need is a great attitude, running shoes, bicycle, swimming suit and googles. A heart rate monitor is recommended, but not required. Our expert coach, Barry Field, has competed in over 100 triathlons in the last 20 years, and he knows all the tricks of the trade. This three month training program will not only prepare you for a sprint triathlon, but will teach you how to cross train. Training will include one group training session per week and a individual training plan. $199 members and $299 nonmembers

2012 A Taste of Honey

Jewish Learning at Its Sweetest! The ninth annual “A Taste of Honey” will feature over 25 classes and workshops following keynoter, Michael Wex, from Toronto. His address Jewish Humor: How It Has Sustained Us, will inform, entertain, and amuse. Two sets of courses will follow from 2:15-3:15 and 3:30-4:30 pm. The offerings this year include clergy presentations: “And Sarah Laughed”, “Unmasking Esther, Secrets of the Megillah”, “From Ageing to Sageing”, and more. Parents' Night Out

Beginners Fitness Tool Belt

2/21–4/12, TUE: 6am, THU: 10am, PUNCH CARD 1=6 CLASSES FOR $60, PUNCH CARD 2=8 CLASSES FOR $64

There are so many different fitness tools out there it can be confusing and chaotic! This class is your chance to get a good workout while learning new exercises and techniques. Beginners Fitness Tool Belt will include an introductory of all the newest workouts such as TRX, Kettlebells, and VIPR, to name a few. Expert trainers will educate you on the basics of all the new trends. This class will run for 8 weeks, once a week, but you only pay for the classes you attend! Adaptive Taekwondo program for children with special needs, ie: autism, ADD, speech and language difficulties, Aspergers, and Sensory Integration Dysfunction. The class will consist of both students with special needs and peer models.Instructor Logan Gillespie has a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo and Hapkido.

Pickleball
