Zumba at the J
SUN, 9/19, 1-4pm, see prices below
Come join our Zumba team in a 3 hour dance party filled with tantalizing, energetic, international rhythms. Our instructors will teach, individually and as a team, to bring the energy to a new level. Whether you are a regular Zumba member, or new to Zumba, the instructors will show you how to dance to your fitness level. Advanced tickets can be purchased at the JCC for $10 for members or $15 for non-members. Non-member price includes a 5 day pass to the JCC. 5 on 5 Adult Co-ed Indoor Soccer League
Beginning in September
Adult leagues are geared toward the intermediate to advanced player with emphasis on recreation and good sportsmanship. All leagues will have a mandatory participant meeting and registration night. Full payment is due by registration. All leagues play in the Abe & Sophia Cohen Gymnasium. For complete information call the Sports and Athletics Office at 348-4466.
This is a great way to stay soccer fit while playing indoors. Have fun and see improvement in all aspects of soccer. 7 game season + playoffs with every team playing in the playoffs. 1 female minimum on floor.

JCC After-School Fun and Activity Program
MON-THU, Beginning Tuesday 9/7/2010 (1st -5th Graders), 4-6pm, $65 member/$75 nm for a 4 week punch card.
No class during APS Winter or Spring Break.
When the dismissal bell rings and school is done, do your kids dread going home to hours of boredom? The JCC has the PERFECT solution! Your kids will participate in sports activities, arts & crafts and be given time to finish homework with help from our counselors. Contact: Tom Gallagher 348-4511
Sports Performance Training

Do you want to take your performance to the next level? JCC’s Sports Performance Training will help you improve your speed, explosiveness and strength. Whether you are competing in the collegiate level or want to make your high school team, this training will benefit you. Includes: pre-testing, 3 semi-private session per week, individualized workout routine and post testing.
Prices (Purchase trainings for 1-3 months):
One Month: $225 member/$250 non-member
Two-Month: $450 member/$500 non-member
Three-Month: $650/$725 non-member
Team Training: 2-sessions/week for 1-month with minimum of 5 athletes. $100 JCC member/$125 for non-member

Kettlebell Conditioning

Get strong and burn fat in a unique way. Kettlebells will challenge you both muscularly and cardiovascularly! Start your day with ballistic workout!
TRX Class
Evening class starting Mondays Sept 13 at 5-5:45 $50 for 6 weeks, $75 non members
Thursday Sept 16th trial morning class at 10:00 am $50 for 6 weeks, $75 non members
This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture and increase your overall strength! Suspension Training is the newest trend in fitness, and it is here to stay! TRX training is challenging, but it can be done at any fitness level; as long as you are ready to challenge your core! Limit 10 people. Class will be held once a week for 6 weeks.
