Membership Cards
Membership cards are issued to each member 13 years and older. Stop by the Member Services office during office hours to have your photo taken and membership card issued.
Always present your JCC photo ID card at the Front Desk upon entering the facility. Replacement cost for a lost or damaged card is $5.00.
Guest Policy
Guests of members are welcome at the JCC. Guest passes are $5 for children 12 and under and $10 for individuals 13 years and older. For house guests staying a week or longer, members may purchase Temporary House Guest Memberships for an individual or a family for as little as one week or up to a month. The following guidelines apply to JCC guests:
- Members must register guests at the Front Desk and purchase guest passes.
- A person can be a guest no more than two times in one year (day-passes).
Reciprocity
If you travel outside New Mexico, most of the more than 275 JCC's across North America will honor your membership for up to two weeks. We will extend the same courtesy to guests from outside New Mexico when they present a valid JCC membership card. Don't forget to carry your card with you when visiting other states.

Membership Cancellation Policy
The JCC Cancellation Policy requires a minimum 30 day written notice to (change or) Cancel your membership. Members are responsible for payment during the 30 day processing period. Accounts cancelled during the first 11 months are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Privacy
The JCC is committed to protecting personal information by following responsible information handling practices in keeping with privacy laws. We do not sell, rent or trade our mailing list outside the community campus. If you do not wish to receive mailings, please contact Member Services at 348-4455.
