Marsha Simonson
Pilates/Group Fitness Instructor

Marsha has been teaching Pilates mat classes at the JCC for several years. Prior to teaching mind-body methods, she taught aerobics and sculpting classes for 9 years and continues to sub those classes at the JCC. In her earlier “other” life, she received a Masters in Library Science before working as a university librarian and taught business law after receiving a Juris Doctor.

Marsha's fitness certifications include the American Council on Exercise, the Pilates Method, Feldenkrais Method, and the Gyrotonic Expansion Method.
