Renee Kaiser
Personal Trainer
Renee Kaiser is our expert trainer; she has been a personal trainer for 18 years, managed various health clubs and holds multiple certifications such as NASM (National Academy of Sports medicine), AFAA Group Fitness & Step Aerobics, IFTA Kickboxing, Johnny G. Spinning, Arthritis Foundation Program Leader, Balanced Body Pilates Mat and APEX Fitness and Nutrition. Renee knows how to get her clients motivated, and achieve their goals. She has an in-depth knowledge of program design, and a great ability to support, as well as educate. From the older population, to the sports specific client, each has different needs and goals and Renee is confident to work with all populations. In her spare time she spends time with her husband and two boys. Renee's family loves karate, soccer, baseball, snowboarding, and the lake, where they spend much of their time in the summer.
